Reeves Retail Planning Consultancy is a sole practitioner consultancy that provides planning advice to landowners, local authorities, community councils and occupiers on all aspects of planning.
As a specialist retail planner I advise on all aspects of town centre and retail policy. I am experienced in preparing and critiquing quantitative and qualitative needs assessments, retail impact studies and sequential site assessments and undertaking town centre healthchecks.
Retail planning advice based on a sound understanding of planning policy, retailer requirements and shopping behaviour.
I advise on all aspects of planning policy and planning applications. I have recent experience of advising and preparing Development Plan representations on behalf of a Community Council in Wales and have previously represented clients at Local Plan examinations in England. I can advise on all stages of the development process from initial site appraisal through application preparation and public engagement to submission and the determination of an application.
Commercially realistic planning advice that seeks to achieve the client’s objectives efficiently.
I have considerable experience of designing, commissioning and analysing surveys and market research to inform retail studies and assessments and an in-depth knowledge of the research relating to retail and town centres. I am able to use my numerical and research skills in many different contexts to inform or test the validity of assumptions and conclusions.
